RESULTS – SURPRISE – NOT REALLY
What else could ABC do to work in their programming schedule but have all the contestants come back next week. This was the most logical way to solve the Sara exit. Granted, Jerry looked as if one more week will send him to the ER, but it was the fair thing to do for all concerned. The scores, both from the judges and the voters will be combined for both weeks to determine who will be the next star to exit.
As an aside, I was very impressed with Lionel Ritchie, unlike most pop stars these days, he didn’t shove the microphone in his mouth, and you could actually understand his lyrics. Nice going. I guess ABC (or Ritchie) provides top notch equipment.
