Semi Final Night on Dancing With The Stars
Tonight the four couples left on Dancing With the Stars had to perform two new dances each – one Latin and one Ballroom. While the performances were good tonight, for two couples I didn’t think they were up to the levels of the previous weeks. And I think that is because they had to learn two full new dances and had to split up their time, not able to give 100% focus on one dance. Drew Lacey and Cheryl Burke were by far the best performers of the evening. I thought Lisa Rinna and Louis were very good as well. The judges gave pretty good scores (the highest overall) to Stacy and Tony, but in my opinion these dances tonight were not Stacy’s best. Poor Jerry Rice. I think Bruno is right – Jerry is the weakest dancer of all the celebrities left. However, I just love him! All my votes tonight went to him and Anna. I think they were great. From where Jerry started this show to where he is now is just amazing. It’s truly a testament to his perseverance, strength and work ethic. To be a professional athlete means that he is blessed with more skill and talent physically than most people. Jerry has been able to channel that talent and put it all out on the dance floor.
I’ll be sorry to see any of these couples go tomorrow night. If I had to guess, probably Lisa and Jerry will be in the bottom two, but Jerry’s fans will pull him through to the finals. But I could be wrong.
