So You Think You Can Dance: Comfort and Thayne Eliminated
I didn’t think Comfort and Thayne were going to be safe this week and I was right – they were in the bottom three. Also joining them were Jessica and Will (who had one incredible number and one so-so number last night) and Twitch and Kherington (one good number and one so-so number). This was the first time Twitch and Kherington had to perform a solo to stay in the show. And I forgot to mention in the last blog that Mia had some harsh words for Jessica in the last episode. Mia mentioned that Will had looked tired because he had been carrying Jessica for so long. Ouch! Will did well though, taking up for his partner.
This was an important night because if you made it through, you got to go on the tour, but if you were cut, you could watch the tour – from the audience! Thayne did a good solo, but it was hard being up against Will and Twitch, so he was sent home. Comfort did more hip-hop, but I think the judges are disappointed that she isn’t moving ahead very quickly with other forms of dance. I think they have given her more than a fair chance and she too was eliminated.
