So You Think You Can Dance: Tony and Paris Leave
Cat fooled the “Dancing with the Stars” couples and contestants tonight. She called out Max and Kayla, Evan and Randi, and Phillip and Jeanine. We found out Max and Kayla and Evan and Randi were safe, so I guess Phillip and Jeanine assumed they were in the bottom three, but after a brief pause, Cat told them they were safe too!
Actually, the bottom three couples were Tony and Paris, Asuka and Vitolio, and Jonathon and Kayla. After dancing for their lives, the judges told Cat they were unanimous in both their decisions. They told Kayla she was safe. Then, Nigel said based on the solo, last night, and the other past performances as well as who they have in the competition and the variety of dancers, they were keeping Asuka and sending Paris home.
For the boys, Nigel had harsh words, telling them that none of them danced their solos particularly well. That’s kind of funny, I thought they all did a good job! Anyhow, Vitolio was told he was safe, then Nigel said Jonathon was safe, sending home Tony.
It doesn’t always work out where it is the guy and girl from the same couple going home, but this week, it was.
