Survivor China: Aaron is Eliminated
Now reading the title, you might think Fei Long lost the challenge. No, they did not. There was a big shake up tonight with the tribes. Each tribe had to choose two people from the other tribe that they would want. Of course, Zhan Hu (who was clueless that they would be losing two people for the longest) chose James and Aaron. Fei Long chose Frosti and Sherea. And so they switched members, although each tribe pledged loyalty to their original members.
As we saw the showmance between Erik and Jaime heat up, we also saw the odd pairing of James and Denise. James even said if she were ten years younger, she would be in trouble. The challenge was for two members to swim out to a platform and retrieve discs. They then had to load the discs on a boat and get them back to shore. The three remaining tribe members would fit the discs onto a board. But, Jaime and Peih-Gee decided to lose the challenge and vote off Aaron. James was very angry that they lost and especially angry when he found out at tribal council that they had thrown the game. Aaron felt pretty confident while James ranted and raved about not giving 100%. He even told Peih-Gee “send my ass home!” I was sure everyone was voting for James.
But, in the end, the votes weren’t for the big man. Even though it seemed everyone had agreed to vote for James, including Aaron, the only vote for him was cast by his fellow tribe member. Jaime, Peih-Gee, and Erik all voted for Aaron. If Peih-Gee were wise, she would try to get on James’ good side and go to the top with him!
