Survivor Fiji: The Inevitable Happens
This week looked grim for Alex. It was him against everyone else, but at least he tried. The Reward Challenge this week was for the contestants to tear as much meat as possible off a hanging hunk of pork with their teeth and move it to a plate. Whoever had the most meat on their plate after 5 minutes won the challenge, which meant he or she got an advantage during the Immunity Challenge and got to send someone to Exile Island. The top three would get a helicopter ride to the rain forest, get to take a river raft ride, get a good meal, and get letters from home. Boo won the challenge, with Yau-Man and Dreamz finishing in the top three. Boo sent Earl to Exile Island.
The Immunity Challege was to dig up three climbing steps. Whoever dug them up and crossed the finish line would compete with Boo. His Reward Challenge advantage was he got to go to the final round of the Immunity Challenge. Alex and Dreamz won the first part of the challenge. Alex, Dreamz, and Boo had to use their steps get the top of a 12 foot pole and retrieve a flag. Boo won, which was lucky for him because everyone is tired of his constant talking!
Alex tried to save himself by trying to convince Cassandra, Earl, and Dreamz to take out Yau-Man. Cassandra realized Yau was a real threat and seriously contemplated it, but Earl never wavered. Dreamz thought about it too, saying Alex was his friend, but in the end, he sided with the alliance and Alex was eliminated.
