Survivor Tocantins: Sierra is Voted Off
After last week’s blindside of Tyson on “Survivor,” people were scrambling bad. J.T. and Stephen told Coach and Debbie that they didn’t want to tell them of their plan to blindside Tyson and although secretly upset, Coach and Debbie thanked them. J.T. talked to Coach about them going to the final four with Debbie and Stephen, but at this point, no one trusts anyone else.
The Reward Challenge was for everyone to write down answers to questions in private, then answer then in public like they think the majority did. The reward was going to a natural spings, hanging out with a local family, and getting a home cooked meal. Stephen ended up winning. Since it came down to him and Taj, he chose her to go with him. When Jeff said he could choose one more person, he ignored Coach’s pleading eyes and took J.T. To keep their alliance safe, Stephen sent Erinn to Exile.
Coach and Debbie decided they needed Erinn and Sierra to fight Stephen, J.T. and Taj. However, when Coach and Debbie approached Sierra, she said she wasn’t sure who she was with because Coach and Debbie voted for her at last tribal. That ticked Debbie off so they decided to trust J.T.
Coach told J.T. that Sierra approached them, but Sierra told Stephen the truth – that it was Coach and Debbie trying to align. Coach flat out denied doing that. They had me so convinced, I was beginning to wonder if I had misinterpreted it!
At the Immunity Challenge, the tribe members had to use a hook to retrieve three bags. The first three to do that played in the finals, which was to maneuver a ball through a maze to the hole in the end. J.T. was really close, but his ball fell out right before the end and Coach won.
At tribal, Sierra once again confronted Coach about being a liar and he laid into her. He said he “forgave” her and was going to apologize at tribal tonight for questioning his integrity. Taj loved it – saying she hadn’t seen a soap opera in a long time. While J.T. and Stephen believed Sierra was telling the truth, they also thought of her as a drama queen. She was voted off by a count of 4 to 2 against Debbie. And what was up with Erinn voting for Stephen? She is kinda out there in her own little world, isn’t she?
