Survivor Tocantins: Tyson is Voted Out
Sierra realized just what a bad position she was in on “Survivor.” She whined to people, even cried, but Tyson wasn’t cutting her any slack. He told her she wasn’t smart enough to be the mastermind of Brendan’s plan. He also said he looked forward to seeing her cry at tribal, but the rest of the Survivors had a different plan.
The reward challenge was to move puzzle pieces so the two teams could see vowels, then use those vowels with letter tiles to spell out a phrase. The red team of J.T., Debbie, Erinn, and Tyson won. I enjoyed it because Coach missed out again on a reward and this time, they were going to see local entertainment, which included a martial arts/dance demo and a feast. I loved it, absolutely loved it when Jeff mentioned to Coach that all his life experience wasn’t really helping him in challenges.
After trying to explain herself, Coach told Sierra to do the honorable thing and fall on her sword, i.e. accept her fate to be voted out. She just barely lost out on the immunity challenge to Debbie. It was a shuffleboard challenge and Debbie had one shot to beat Sierra and she did. However, Stephen mentioned to Taj and Erinn that now was a good time to blindside Tyson. He mentioned it to J.T., who was part of the warrior alliance. J.T. shook with Coach that he would remain loyal to the alliance.
But at tribal, it was the biggest blindside yet as Tyson was voted out by one vote. I really hate this – Tyson was one of the strongest competitors, but then that is why he was voted out. Do you really think any of the guys feel that Erinn or Sierra have a chance to win? No, so why not take them with you to the finals instead of someone strong like Tyson. Still, it is tough to win immunity two weeks in a row, feel like you are sitting on a pretty safe alliance, and then the one week you don’t win immunity, get blindsided.
