SYTYCD: Who Will Survive?
Eight dancers left and only two weeks before the finals – who will make it? Right now, I’d have to say Danny, Sabra, and Lacey were definitely in the final four, but who else?
Each couple performed two dances. Danny and Sara got the argentine tango and hip hop. Guest judge Adam Shankman was blown away by their tango, but Mary thought their hip hop wasn’t hard hitting enough. Dominic and Lauren got krump and rumba. Nigel thought the music for their krump routine was a bit tuneless, but Adam thought they were hot. For their rumba routine, the judges all said there was very little rumba, but they definitely showed chemistry. Lacey and Neil got Latin jazz and contemporary. Mary felt their chemistry on the Latin jazz was forced, but all three loved their contemporary routine, which was done by Mia Michaels as a tribute to her father. Mary was moved to tears. Sabra nad Pasha got Broadway and the quick step. It seems the judges liked Pasha’s dancing, but he was far overshadowed by Sabra’s incredible moves. She seems to be a judge’s favorite.
Who will go home this week? It just gets harder to say each week. All the dancers left are great, but I am going to say this will be the last week for Dominic and Lauren, which is weird as all my votes went to Dominic!
