Tanks for the Memories
After seeing the Chos, Rob and Kimberly, and the Bama Girls complete the head first rappel, all teams found out they had to travel to Kiev, Ukraine. The Models and the Barbies got on one flight and everyone else was on another, but both flights were supposed to arrive at the same time. However, the second flight got delayed, so the Models and Barbies were still in the lead.
After arriving in Kiev, they had to find the Oster Tank School. The Roadblock was they had to drive a tank through an obstacle course. It looked like a lot of fun, but I think the Chos (my favorite team) were dumb for waiting on the Bama Girls to finish. They should have taken off without them.
I loved the way to Barbies ran the light on the way to the Detour in an effort to try to lose the Models, then got mad when they ran the light too! The Detour was to write and perform a rap song or find sheet music and a pianist to play it. I think the writing and performing was easier, since the songs sucked, but they all still got their next clue.
The Models arrived first and won a trip for their efforts. I was glad to see them finish ahead of the Barbies. I really liked the Chos, but either they did actually stop every five minutes or the editing just made it look that way. You cannot win like that and they didn’t. They were the last to arrive at the Patriotic War Museum (after Bama got frustrated and left them behind) and they were eliminated. Bama may have finished ahead of the Chos, but I think they are the next to be eliminated. It seems like a race between the Barbies and the Models now.

First, let me thank you for the post. I missed last week’s show and my dang DVR decided to not record it for reasons unknown.
I agree with you, the Cho’s were nice and all, but it’s like they decided to forget the fact it was a RACE and instead took the role of tour guide as their responsibility. Helping is one thing, but throwing the race is quite another. But heck, if they weren’t racing, then they didn’t deserve to win. The fun of the show comes from the competition. Otherwise, it would be called the Amazing Tour and we’d simply watch a bunch of strangers tour around the world. Where’s the fun in that?
Early on, I was hoping to see Rob and Kimberly get the boot. They are just too dramatic and annoying to watch. But it looks like they are both mellowing a bit. If the final three boils down to the Barbies, the Drug Addicts, and Rob and Kimberly, at least they’ll be physically equal and we may get a good foot race or two out of it.
I can respect ‘bama for focusing on winning, but they just aren’t a lot of fun to watch.
Maybe they’ll throw another trick out there and eliminate the fourth team at a checkpoint along the way. They only used this trick for the very first episode so far. It’d be nice to see it used again.
