The Amazing Race: Lorena and Jason are Eliminated
Carrying a live chicken with them to the pit stop (hey, it was a gift from a tribal chief), the teams continued to race through Africa. Their Detour was shake your pan (mine for gold) or shake your bootie (learn a traditional dance). Kynt really impressed me with this dancing, but Ronald and Christina and Nathan and Jennifer didn’t impress the judges – they both suffered a 10 minute penalty.
The teams then went to a market where one member had to load a bike with supplies, including a goat in a basket, and deliver it. Poor Rachel got lost not only on the way to deliver her supplies, but on the way back to TK. Those two have been pretty strong so far, but tonight was just not their night. Lorena and Jason lagged behind everyone, especially when Shana and Jennifer stuck them with a U-Turn (they had to perform both Detours), but they seemed happy and positive.
Azaria and Hendekea finished first…again. Those two may be hard to beat, but Nathan and Jennifer are trying. Ron and Christina finished third, barely beating Donald and Nicolas. Kynt and Vyxsin were fifth, Shana and Jennifer finished sixth, and TK and Rachel finished sixth. Lorena and Jason finished last and were eliminated.
