The Bachelorette: Jillian Accepts Ed’s Proposal
He was not one of the original “Bachelorette” contestants and he left midway through the show to return to work, but it is a good thing Ed came back because he is the lucky bachelor that won Jillian’s heart.
Kiptyn arrived first and I could just tell she was kicking him to the curb. He said he loved her and she looked pained. He didn’t even get to pull out the ring. He was waiting for her to say she loved him too I guess before he dropped to one knee, but she said he ws everything she had always wanted, but something must have been missing because she fell in love with someone else. He took it well, said he wanted her to be happy and Ed was a lucky guy.
Putting a monkey wrench into everything was Reid returning. A van pulled up and he hopped out. He told Jillian he loved her. She had to take a minute, but realized that she loved Ed and was excited about his proposal that morning, so she sent Reid home…again.
Ed, who we had seen in the limo when Reid showed up, had apparently been in a holding pattern, but finally arrived. He told her he loved her, but before they could go any further, he had to know she loved him. She said she was madly in love and they kissed. He finally got down on one knee and proposed.
Tomorrow night, we get the final edition of this year’s Bachelorette where we see if Jillian and Ed are still happy together.
