This week on “The Bachelorette,” Jillian and the guys went to her hometown of Vancouver. There was a group date, a one-on-one date, and the dreaded two-on-one date. Kiptyn got the one-on-one date. They kayaked to a market, and then bought food so Jillian could make dinner. It was a very relaxed date and although Kiptyn isn’t my favorite, they had a great time and seemed to make a good couple. He had no problem getting not only the rose, but lots of kisses too.

Mark and Mike had the misfortune of being chosen for the two-on-one date. One guy would get a rose and the other would get the boot. Mike was smooth talking, but Mark told Jillian he had been hurt and is more cautious because of that. That must have spoken to her heart because she gave Mark the rose. That shocked several of the guys in the house.

Well, I guess sending home adversaries David and Juan ends some of the controversy in “The Bachelorette” house. David felt as if he did nothing wrong, but he talked about her “ass” and breasts. He was just too disrespectful, just like she said.

But, another controversy is brewing. It seems as if at least one guy has a girlfriend at home. Everyone is talking about how some of the guys are not there for Jillian, but Tanner told her that some of the guys have girlfriends. No one ‘fessed up when confronted twice by Jillian. The guys tried to turn it around by asking her to tell them who was talking about them behind their backs, but Jillian refused. Tanner freaked out and told Juan to quite looking at him several times when the guys were trying to figure out who had said something to Jillian.

I honestly don’t know why she sent Juan home. I know why she sent David packing, but again, what was she thinking keeping foot-fetish Tanner over Juan? There is just something about Tanner that I don’t like and although most of the guys disliked him, I actually like Juan.
