The Bachelorette: Simon, Julien, Brian, and Mathue Leave
The guys of “The Bachelorette” moved into their new home – well, sort of. The moved into a barracks like house. In order to make it to the mansion, they have to get a rose from Jillian on a date.
The first group date was Michael, Brian, Brad, Sasha, Tanner P, Wes and Mathue at the pool. However, Jillian took the rose and left. The guys had to go on a hunt around LA, following clues to find her. There were two guys to a car and of the first two to find her, one would get a dinner date. Brad and Wes, who didn’t get along well at all, arrived there first and Jillian chose Wes for the date. This ticked off Brad because he felt like he did all the work. Jillian likes Wes though and the other guys had to watch from the bar as he kissed her and she gave him a rose.
The individual date went to Jake and it couldn’t have gone better. The couple went to the House of Blues after Jake got gussied up in western attire. They two stepped, ate dinner, and danced to a performance by Martina McBride. Jake got several kisses and a rose on this date.
The second group date was with Jesse, Mark, David, Mike, Simon, Kiptyn, and Juan. Juan knocked Jillian down after lifting her up to dunk the ball, but redeemed himself later. She brought some of the Harlem Globetrotters and after one of them dunked her, she hung on the goal until Juan rescued her. The Globetrotters picked David as the guy for Jillian, but after Mike snagged a Speedo and jumped into the ocean, he got the rose.
At the cocktail party, Tanner P went for the toes again and Jillian finally realized he had a foot fetish. This guy creeps me out in more than one way. Kiptyn admitted he had never had his heart broken while Wes, who had a rose, ticked people off when he took Jillian away from Robby. Juan ticked people off just by being and when the guys voted on whom to send home, they chose Juan. But, Jillian likes him and overrode it by giving him a rose.
At the rose ceremony, Jillian gave roses to Jesse, David, Ed, Sasha, Mark, Michael, Tanner P, Kiptyn, Reed, Robby, Tanner F, and Brad. Those going home were Simon, Julien, Brian (who stripped completely and dove into the pool at the cocktail party – apparently, that didn’t work), and Mathue.
