The Biggest Loser: Neil is Eliminated
Neil was determined to win for the whole Blue Team, but it just wasn’t to be tonight. In the last challenge, the remaining contestants had to pull a scale by 13 stops, each stop representing a week. At each stop, they had to load the amount of weight they lost. Once they reached the end, they had to turn around, carry all the weight back to a pit and dump it and the scale in. After that, they would raise a flag and dirt would be dumped on the weight, burying it. Bill was counting the reward – $10,000 – but it was Isabeau that took it home.
At the weight-in, Neil started out with a big number – 10 pounds. But after Bill lost 9 pounds and Isabeau and Julie lost 8 pounds each, Neil fell below the yellow line with Hollie. Of course, he was eliminated. I still don’t buy into this whole “oh, you weren’t picked for the other teams – you are the underdog on the Black Team” thing, but for the first time in Biggest Loser history, the finale will be comprised of members from one team.
Neil went home and lost another 23 pounds, bring his total since arriving at the Biggest Loser campus to 165. We saw Jillian say goodbye to her team and the remaining members head home. My money is on Bill to win it all.
