There were four folks to vote. The one remaining blue team member (Neil) voted for Julie (black). The next two black team members voted for Nicole. Then they said that that there was no need to look at Bill's vote. But if he had voted for Julie, wouldn't that have been a tie? Why didn't they look at Bill's vote? What happened with the voting?
