The House Loses a Jedi
Okay, I will admit, I am a bit ticked about tonight’s episode. Yes, I like Chill Town, but I’ve kind of always been in Janelle and Howie’s corner. I was happy Chicken George was the HOH, but Chill Town really put the pressure on him. I was SO hoping James would go home tonight, but no, he had to win the POV competition.
Chicken George had promised both Janelle and Howie he would not put them up if either James or Erika vetoed themselves. He asked for two things in return – to join their alliance and for them to vote to evict James, keeping Erika in the house. Both agreed. George didn’t know who to put up in James’ place and everyone tries to convince him to put up Janelle. Everyone except Will, who says “Put me up.” Only problem is he forgot to tell Mike Boogie, holder of the coup d’etat power. Mike all but threatened George with that power during an open forum about who should leave. Everyone wanted him to put up Janelle, but he refused. In the end, George put up Howie. Howie felt he was staying because Mike Boogie and Will both promised him several times that they would vote for him. But, as should have been expected, they lied and Howie was evicted by a vote of 3 – 2. At least James remained somewhat faithful to the alliance and voted to evict Erika. But Janelle knows she is all alone now.
I was really hoping Howie was going to punched Boogie as he was leaving. It got pretty heated between the two. Howie was right – Boogie lied to his face about four times, promising him his vote. So now, everyone in the house is gunning for Janelle. But, even if they do evict her, what then? They are going to have to start turning on themselves soon. With Mike Boogie as the new HOH and the holder of the special power, it should be interesting to see what he does.
Quote of the night: “He is the most scariest player in this game. Because you know why? Because no one knows what he is doing!” Danielle on Chicken George
