The Real World Hollywood: Sarah Cuts Loose and Nick Loses a Friend
You can usually count on some animosity in the real world house between new roommates and old roommates and this week, it was between Nick and Sarah. Nick came in late one night with a girl and Sarah complained he was too loud. Only she didn’t complain much to him, but everyone else in the house, then Charna. Now first of all, Nick really wasn’t that loud – at least not by Joey standards. And, Sarah should have talked to him directly, so needless to say, he was upset. Sarah, possibly because she was upset that Nick did better at the Movies.com internship than she did, got sloppy drunk the next night. Everyone thought it was funny because she is usually so judgmental of all them. She hurled multiple times and when Nick tried to take her picture (tacky – what was that all about?), she told him he looked like Charles Barkley.
By the end of the episode, the two had sort of resolved their issues. Nick got the bad news that Brandon from Movies.com, who had really taken a liking to Nick and was trying to help him, died of cancer. That was really sad; he seemed like a young guy and had a really great attitude. Cancer sucks.
Brianna got a big break this week when she recorded a demo at Tomas’ studio. The song turned out really well, so maybe there are big things in the future for Brianna and her singing career. Next week, the roommates are off to Mexico!
