The Search for Elle Woods: Lindsey is Eliminated
This week, the “biatchery” as Seth called it really came out. The girls were not happy to see Cassie S. back in the house and she knew it. The girls went to Club H423 for vocal training with Seth. This included riding exercise bikes while singing. Emma thought she did great, considering she had only given up smoking 2 weeks ago. She did do well, but she was upset when Seth chose Lauren as the stand out performer. Lauren got a mani/pedi with Orfeh, who plays Pauline in the show. She chose Cassie S. to go with her, something that shocked everyone else, but she said it was because Cassie had been in the bottom three and needed stress relief.
The girls learned the song “Ohmigod You Guys” but also found out that they had to learn backup as well because they would be singing backup as each girl performed as Elle. The judges thought some girls did well (Autumn, Emma, Natalie), but thought Bailey was too “Disney.” It really ticked the girls off when Cassie S. said she would send other home before her and Bernie asked who. She didn’t name names, but she did tell Paul she didn’t receive much support when they were rehearing the night before. Everyone was listening – that should make for an uncomfortable house! Lindsey throat was dry and it made her voice lower, something the judges noticed. Celina grabbed her boobs while singing about her dress – that was hilarious! Paul told her they were casting for Elle, not the Pussycat Dolls.
They told the girls that five of them would definitely be moving on and there would be a bottom four this week. The ones told they were moving safe were Autumn, Bailey, Natalie, Rhiannon, and much to everyone’s dismay, Cassie S. In the casting office, the judges told Emma that she as coming off as harsh, but she really looked the part, so she could stay. They told Celina that she had a presence and they weren’t sure it was Elle, but she could stay. So, it came down to Lauren and Lindsey. The judges kept telling Lindsey that she embodied Elle, but I guess they just didn’t think she was giving enough, so they cut her. That means Lauren, whom they said was squeaky and frowny, gets to stay another week.
