Tom is kicked off Hell’s Kitchen
I’m relatively new to reality television. I understand that controversy and discord are necessary to keep the viewers interested. Never in my short tenure as a reality television fan have I seen the pure anger, hostility and lack of respect shown to any contestant on any show as I saw tonight on Hell’s Kitchen. Chef Gordon Ramsey has to be, in my opinion, one of the most disagreeable, unlikeable, miserable people on television. With all the words in the English language to choose, you have to use four letter obscenities to berate and belittle the contestants on your show? And then the contestants just stand there and take it, chiming in “yes, Chef” or “no, Chef” whatever is appropriate? Donald Trump in his most enraged board room situation has never been even nearly as bad as Ramsey.
I’m also someone who hasn’t watched Survivor, Big Brother or any of the television shows where alliances are formed. I’m a fan of Top Chef and Project Runway, where even at their absolute worst the contestants would never sabotage a fellow contestant. They might not like them or might want misfortune to befall them, but they would never do something deliberately to hurt someone. Sara has to be one of the sneakiest, devious people I’ve seen on my limited viewing of reality television. Plus she’s not a likeable person. She reminds me of the kid in elementary school that always caused trouble but never got caught – it was always the other person.
Both teams (the women and the men plus Heather) have a poor showing in the dinner service. Ramsey tells each team they have to nominate someone to be kicked off. The red team nominates Virginia and the blue team nominates Tom. The third time isn’t the charm for Tom and tonight he is kicked out of Hell’s Kitchen.

I think your missing the fact that your seeing a small percentage of what is actually happening. Like most reality shows, the producers are showing you what they want you to see. If you flash back to the reward trips, Ramsey was actually very pleasant. With that said, I think they ought to add an Ultimate Fighting Championship segment to Hell’s Kitchen and the first match would be Rachel and Sarah. How I would love to see that cat fight. Meooow

You are most likely correct that we only see what the producers want us to see. I personally would have a hard time going to dinner with someone and then having them scream F-bombs at me the next day.
I agree on the cat fight. Sara is a piece of work. But I’d put my money on Rachel in a match between those two, but overall I think Heather could kick some tail.
