Top 8 Perform songs from Queen
The top 8 American Idol contestants performed songs from the rock group “Queen”. The show was pretty amazing and some of the song choices and some at the last minute were very good. There were two performances that stood out from the rest, at least I believe so. Elliot Yamin singing “Somebody to Love”. That was fantastic. Elliot really blew that song out of the water and by choosing that song, I believe he has placed himself in the competition yet another week. The other contestant that really stood out was Paris Bennet. Why Paris you ask? Well you don’t associate songs that “Queen” would sing with Paris Bennet but, I believe, she proved me wrong. Paris sang “The show must go on”. She did an outstanding job with this song and who she performed the song. It will be very hard for American to vote because as the weeks go on it is coming down to some very talented individuals. Stay tuned to see who American has choosen to be in this very tight competition yet another week.
