What? Who Was Eliminated?
Tonight’s Dancing with the Stars started out normal enough. We saw Willa STILL trying to explain her relationship with Maksim. We found out that Mario is the King of Throbbing (that doesn’t sound quite right, does it?). What frightened me more that that was the paunch protruding from Rod Stewart’s shirt during his songs – both of them. Good Lord could the camera man not have said something!
I loved that the judges picked Jerry to do the encore dance, but you know he had to be thinking “But I am an old man…” I also loved his quote about having to learn two new dances if he made it through to next week – “What’s the difference? I dance the same dance everyday; we just do it at different speeds.”
Anyhow, we found out that last night was the first time Dancing with the Stars had had a four way tie for first. But apparently, being in the top means nothing. The person I felt who should have gone home tonight – Sara – was in the bottom of the judge’s rankings, but still made it through to next week. All I can say is she must have a lot of fans. Mario made it through, as did Monique and Emmitt. It was announced that Jerry was in the bottom two. Then it came down to Joey and Willa and it was announced that Willa was in the bottom two. And she was the one that had to go home. THAT, I do not understand. I think Willa had what it took to make it to the final three, maybe even win the whole thing! The audience seemed to agree with me as there was much booing after the announcement. It did make me smile a bit when Maksim said Willa may have become his all time favorite student.
