Oxygen Reality TV Shows
The Oxygen network first aired in 2000 and was owned by Oxygen Media - a private company owned by Oprah Winfrey, Marcy Carsey, Tom Werner, Caryn Mandabach and Geraldine Laybourne. The channel was sold to NBC Universal in October, 2007.
There are many reality programs on the Oxygen network. Some of our favorites are:
Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood - Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott have left the bed and breakfast behind (from their series Tori & Dean: Inn Love). The show follows the family and their son Liam as they move back to Hollywood, find a place to live, Tori's launch of her new book, and their preparations for the arrival of the newest member of their family (daughter Stella Doreen).
Bad Girls Club - This show is from the producers of MTV's show The Real World and features seven self proclaimed "bad girls" living together in a mansion in Los Angeles.
Deion & Pilar: Prime Time Love - NFL star Deion Sanders and his wife (former model) Pilar Sanders raise their five children in a small Texas town. The show follows the family in their daily life.
The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency - After four seasons of judging on America's Next Top Model, Janice Dickinson left to form her own modeling agency. Viewers get to see Janice in her business life as well as watch her relationships with her models.
Other reality programs on the network include The Campus Ladies and Mo'Nique's Fat Chance.
